Five weeks on this framework. Gain Perspective at the center, then the five Dimensions.
Intrapreneurship Foundations is designed for U.S.-based working professionals who want to contribute at a higher level inside an established organization. It may be a strong fit if you are:
You do not need a management title. You do not need to be part of an innovation team. You do not need to arrive with a polished idea.
You are looking primarily for a self-paced library of recorded lessons. You want a startup accelerator focused on launching a new company. You are unable to participate actively in live discussions and team-based case work. Or you want a quick pitching formula without first understanding the organization and the people affected.
You notice an inefficient process, an overlooked customer need, a better use of technology, an employee frustration, or an opportunity the organization is missing.
You bring the idea forward, and it goes nowhere.
You may not need a better idea. You may need a better way to understand the organization, shape the case, and bring other people with you.
People in leadership are rarely evaluating one idea in isolation. They are responsible for priorities, performance metrics, budgets, risk, timing, customers, employees, and the health of the larger organization.
What feels like an obvious improvement from one position can look incomplete, risky, or poorly timed from another.
For an idea to move, it must be grounded in today's reality, connected to what matters, shaped with the people affected, and presented in a way that leaders can trust.
History shapes people, process, and metrics and reinforcement. A new idea is judged against all three.
Intrapreneurship Foundations is designed to do more than help you present one idea. It helps you develop the perspective, judgment, and influence expected of people trusted with greater responsibility.
During the course, you will practice how to:
Most innovation courses begin with generating ideas or building a pitch. The Intrapreneurship Journey begins earlier, by helping you understand the people, priorities, pressures, systems, and history surrounding the opportunity. Gaining Perspective anchors the entire process.

Brent brings the perspective of a former Fortune 50 executive who has evaluated opportunities, managed risk, allocated resources, led organizational growth, and decided which ideas were ready to move forward.
Mentor brings the perspective of an organizational intrapreneur, educator, and experience designer who has built initiatives from within systems and helped people move ideas from intention to action.
Together, they help participants understand both what those in power need to see before supporting change and what intrapreneurs need to do to build trust, gain support, and successfully implement their ideas.
Throughout the cohort, you will work through realistic organizational cases, examine information as it becomes available, collaborate with peers, make decisions under uncertainty, and build recommendations you can present and defend.
You will not simply learn the Intrapreneurship Journey framework. You will practice using it.
Each session follows a practical learning rhythm:
You do not need to arrive with a fully formed idea. The shared case gives everyone a safe, practical environment in which to learn before applying the method at work.
All sessions run 7:00–9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
By the end of the course, you will have practiced creating:
More importantly, you will leave with a repeatable way of thinking, one you can use whenever you need to understand a system, build support, and move an idea forward.
