Two days. For leadership retreats, off-sites and team development.
The Journey compressed into two working days with a team already in the room. It is the right format when you have people together and a reason to think differently, and the wrong one if what you need is behavior that holds over months.
Part of the organizational track.
We would rather be straight about this than sell you the wrong length.
Two days is enough to give a team a shared language for moving ideas, a working understanding of what leaders are accountable for, and real practice reading a situation before proposing to change it. Teams leave able to have a different kind of conversation with each other, which for a retreat or an off-site is often exactly the point.
What two days cannot do is build a habit. Habits come from repetition against consequences, which is why the Intrapreneurship Foundations runs five weeks, as one orientation and eight two-hour sessions with practice inside the real job between them. If the goal is behavior that holds in three months, that is the honest recommendation and we will say so.
The same curriculum design as every other format: a journey through ambiguity rather than a sequence of lectures about a framework.
Because the group is together and time is short, more of the work happens in the room and less between sessions. The trade-off is deliberate.
Gaining Perspective anchors the two days, and the five Dimensions give the group a route from a first observation to something a leader could act on. The full framework is here.
How much of each Dimension a given two days covers depends on what your team is working on, and is agreed before the session rather than fixed in advance.
Many organizations run the Intensive first, as a way to see the method with a leadership team, then put a wider group through the Intrapreneurship Foundations, which is five weeks. If you already have a live opportunity you are trying to move, the Accelerator works on that directly over two to three months.
Price, group size and dates are agreed per organization. Tell us who will be in the room and what you want them thinking about differently afterwards.
